Section 2 – Support for your club events

So your club wants to organize a local event, we can help. The following items can all be borrowed from the Southern area to help you in running an event. These items are provided free however some help with petrol may be requested if we have to travel large distances. Normally the club involved collects from us and delivers back when the event is completed keeping expenditure low. We can also provide a BMFA stand at your event which will include free magazines, pamphlets on Achievement Scheme, hand books, badges  and other BMFA items that can be purchsed on the day. The stand can also include details of local events and a display of models if  required.

Marques, 2 Heavy Duty available 3M x 3M white with walls on all sides if necessary and 1 lighter weight 3M x 6M , excellent for transmitter control , or providing an HQ for the running of the days events

RC simulator – table top variety – good for the kids and general public interested in our hobby

Trophies – we have our own Southern Area BMFA trophy centers and can offer a wide selection of trophies with your required engraving – lets us know what you want and we can help – you will not beat our prices. If the event is open to other clubs in the area then trophies can sometimes be provided free of charge.

Need help setting up the flying site for the event – we can help and support you in providing a risk analysis for the event with expertise of risk mitigation and management procedures required during the day.
